Graduate Training Program

Are you an enthusiastic go-getter who’s passionate about healthcare and public relations? Are you eager to create meaningful change with your work through creative ideas and collaborative strategy? Join the Syneos Health Graduate Training Program, based out of our New York office! The Graduate Training Program is a full-time, entry level opportunity. It is not contracted or rotational and does not require a second offer or reapplication at the end of the program. During Year 1, in addition to on-the-desk work, hires will take part in trainings on a weekly or bi-weekly basis with the entire program class. You’ll be supported by a manager AND a mentor who will help you step into a regular, full-time position within one of our Public Relations agencies. Our Graduate Trainees are junior-level hires and upon graduation of the program at the 1-year mark, all GTs are considered for promotion pending individual performance.
