The mission of our People With Disabilities ERG is to decrease the stigma associated with disabilities, solve business problems and build a Syneos Community, and to provide leadership opportunities for employees all around the world. We strive to increase awareness of the challenges and barriers that People With Disabilities face, and highlight examples of ways in which to overcome these. Provide education for all employees around this important topic, and bring more People With Disabilities to the Syneos Health community.
The mission of the Asian ERG is to foster culture, community and career advancement for AAPI / APAC-based employees to support strategic business imperatives, related or unrelated to APAC. Reinforce DE&I goals, along with our vision to increase Asian representation in executive ranks with a focus on enhancing opportunities for leadership development through visibility, sponsorship and mentorship.
For individuals who are either fresh out-of-school or undergoing a career change, understanding the biopharmaceutical industry can be daunting. The Developing Professionals Employee Resource Group was formed to help new hires feel connected as we welcome them, while appreciating that everyone comes to us with their own journey and strengths. The group works to provide personal and professional opportunities through guidance and growth to advance careers and support the leaders of tomorrow, today.
