A Program Assistant is an individual contributor on consulting projects and is primarily responsible for working closely with project management teams to support the organization, tracking, and completion of client deliverables. With project team guidance, expectations include the ability to structure and complete individual project tasks on time, and to communicate proactively and effectively with team members and project management.




  • Builds positive working relationships and proactively manage capacity with managers and leaders
  • Conducts work efficiently with a high degree of quality
  • Bills hours accurately between training, projects, , and other non-project work
  • Manages responsibilities for multiple projects at the same time, proactively communicating to project teams about challenges



  • Populates Excel & PowerPoint templates based on information from project trackers, meeting minutes, and emails
  • Develops / maintains project-specific tools (e.g., contact list) and trackers (e.g., decision tracker)
  • Retains / files emails and documents in shared folders and document repository (e.g., Box)
  • Creates and updates meetings in Outlook, including WebEx setup, teleconference information, and meeting agendas
  • Drafts emails based on standard communication types (e.g., voting emails)
  • Exhibits an attention to detail, addresses deliverable feedback quickly and quality checks revisions
  • Consistently exhibits professional, positive, respectful, and mature decorum during internal & external interactions
  • Delivers on-time and communicates proactively when timing is at risk

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (please indicate if “preferred” or “required”)

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Demonstrated attention to detail required
  • Effective and professional communication skills (verbal, interpersonal, and written) required
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel required
  • Project management skills, preferred
  • Familiarity with project management / document retention systems such as SharePoint and Box, preferred
  • Level of English must be advanced
