QA Tester

Responsibilities

• Involved in day-to-day data testing, analyzing, documentation, troubleshooting, and reporting
• Evaluate test cases and analyze results
• Document defects and enhancements
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing
• Create test plans
• Analyze requirements and build verification strategies
• Perform usability, functional, and regression testing
• Demonstrate the ability to assess the impact of new software features as they are developed
• Acquire information from BA/QA Analysts and Product Owners (rather than relying entirely on written specifications)
• Utilize critical, quality-oriented, skeptical thinking about the product
• Pro-active in communicating with the team on issues and risks

Job Requirements

I understand that if I am made an offer of employment, it will be conditioned on my demonstration  I am fully vaccinated OR I plan to initiate vaccination by my start date AND be fully vaccinated within 4 weeks of start date against the COVID-19 virus.   ​

However, in the event that I successfully obtain an exemption, I understand that it is highly unlikely that I will be able to adequately perform the essential functions of this position without imposing an undue hardship on Syneos Health due to the clients’ demands.
