Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist  is responsible for developing and maintaining a network of qualified candidates, screening candidates and managing relationships with Hiring Managers through the entire hiring process. The Recruiter will work with both internal Syneos Health and external client hiring managers to build a recruiting strategy for open positions, align on candidate profile, and source and interview high quality candidates to fill positions within an established timeline. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing strategy and utilizing a variety of recruitment tactics to attract and assess diverse talent for multiple specialty areas
  • Proactively building talent pipelines of diverse talent related to current and potential openings
  • Developing and maintaining consistent relationships with professional organizations, healthcare-focused networking associations to attract qualified talent and develop specialized candidate pipelines
  • Screening qualified candidates utilizing behavioral and competency based interviewing techniques
  • Partnering with Hiring Managers throughout the hiring process including the coordination of interviews
  • Participating in corporate meetings and industry events
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly performance goals

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting or staffing environment, preferrably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare space
  • Familiarity with the Pacific Northwest territory.
  • Prior experience selecting candidates using behavioral based interviewing is preferred
  • Successful candidates will have excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly MS Office products and Windows based contact management system required
  • Must be able to perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus quickly as demands change and adapt to varying customer needs.
  • The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate and an action-oriented work ethic
