Overview

 

The Global Business Transformation & Strategy team provides strategic support and implementation leadership to deliver critical organization initiatives. This is a lean, hands-on team who operates as internal consultants, partnering with senior leaders to align the organization with their business strategy and goals.

 

The Senior Program Manager leads the pull-through by delivering program management and governance to successfully execute against plans.  As an implementation expert, this role requires strong project management skills and is motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Project manages the execution of a variety of program initiatives ranging from system implementation projects to mergers & acquisitions, and operational effectiveness projects, among others
  • Assists in the development of POVs and supporting artifacts
  • Performs data analysis (and report generation)
  • Coordinates with cross functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project tasks and milestones are completed on time and successfully
  • Creates and maintains project plans, executive progress reports and dashboards
  • Assesses and proactively mitigates program risks, as appropriate

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or marketing/communications or related field
  • 7+ years in a program/project management role
  • Exceptional English language communication (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated time management, facilitation, analytical and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:           

  • PMP, and/or Agile, and/or Lean Six Sigma training and/or certification
  • Strong working knowledge of MS O365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools such as Wrike and MS Planner
  • Experience/exposure to pharmaceutical/clinical communications industry, services, processes and/or companies
