We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.

Take part in leading the transformation of healthcare by joining the largest provider of outsourced commercial solutions to the healthcare industry. Under moderate supervision, the Virtual Sales Representative is responsible for providing outbound marketing and inbound customer support in a pharmaceutical environment. Customers include but are not limited to physicians, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel. 

Responsibilities

The Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Representative is part of our Deployment Solutions team, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to provide better, smarter, faster solutions for the industry. Take part in leading the transformation of healthcare by joining the largest provider of outsourced commercial solutions to the healthcare industry.

Under moderate supervision, the Representative is responsible for providing outbound marketing and inbound customer telephonic support in a pharmaceutical environment. Primary responsibility will be making calls to HCPs to market or detail a specific product utilizing a call guide, then entering data into the CRM.

  • Deliver branded message to targeted HCPs using approved marketing and sales materials
  • Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to insure efficient and comprehensive coverage of assigned territory
  • Pre and post call planning to optimize and prioritize
  • Participate in all required training and development programs
  • Support  and collaborate with field sales team
  • Support field vacancies when assigned

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has....

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years of sales experience (pharmaceutical, B2B, or related)
  • Excellent and persuasive communication skills, both oral and written
  • Technical /Computer proficiency including MS Office; ability to work within multiple systems and computer screens
  • Self-motivated with strong performance orientation
  • Expert selling skills including customer engagement and relationship building success
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Advanced business acumen skills; experience in high-pressure and fast-paced environments
