Overview
The Knowledge and Operations Manager supports the Communications division of Syneos Health in the pursuit and conversion of new business by managing the day‐to‐day compilation, creation, organization, storage, and delivery of information across our agencies. As a member of the Growth Engine team, the KOM works closely with internal team members to align knowledge/operations initiatives to support the achievement of Communication’s new business objectives and deliver upon requests from across the network in an efficient, smart and timely manner.
A successful KOM is a self-starter that is extremely detail‐oriented, inquisitive, an active‐listener, proactive and professional communicator (verbal and written), as well as able to take direction and follow process and has strong organizational principles and methodologies. The KOM is proficient in learning or has experience with software and system platforms such as Office 365 suite, SharePoint, Teams, Salesforce.com, Ariba, and Mural. This team member is also eager to learn about business development, healthcare communications, and the pharmaceutical industry. The KOM has the ability to lead and collaborate on projects from planning to execution, multi-task, prioritize and pivot, and manage time appropriately to support meeting the Growth Engine team’s mission of helping teams secure opportunities and advance conversion efforts by connecting them to the people, products, and processes that help fuel ideas and achieve positive outcomes.
