Overview

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator is an integral part of the recruiting team, responsible for providing administrative and coordination support. The TA Coordinator facilitates a best-in-class candidate experience and ensures that the logistical and administrative aspects of the recruiting process are executed with precision and a high customer service orientation.

Responsibilities Include:

• Support recruiting logistics and coordination
• Talent pipelining, sourcing, and screening as needed
• Managing job postings
• Ensuring good candidate and hiring manager experience
• Serving as a brand ambassador for Syneos Health
• Managing communication with displaced employees
• Referral management (non-exec levels)

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

• BA/BS Degree
• Prior administrative/customer service experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience in recruiting/HR a plus
• Successful candidates will have excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills, particularly MS Office products required
• Must be able to perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus quickly as demands change and adapt to varying customer needs.
• The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate and an action-oriented work ethic
