Overview

This role is accountable for the creative resource managing for the local office as well as coordinating with studio satellite studio offices to ensure we are optimizing talent to task across all creative associates. The candidate for this role will need previous design experience to be able to evaluate creative project needs and provide support to assigned associate for execution (ensuring associates has all necessary information for successful project completion, etc.).

Role responsibilities include: Resource Management and Creative Studio (CS) Design Team Oversight.

Responsibilities

Resource Management

  • Acts as a gate keeper for all in-coming projects -working with engagement manager who will ensure project request is clearly defined and all necessary information (links, assets, etc.) is provided
  • Assess level of talent needed for projects and align with appropriate talent-to-task
  • Utilizes Wrike task management system to organize projects and tasks between creative staff, prioritizing tasks based on due dates  
  • Collaborates with CS project and engagement managers to appropriately resource projects not just in your local office but across the CS network  
  • Represents CS point of view, handles objections in a professional manner and manages disagreements with client in a diplomatic way to ensure win/win solutions for both client and CS.
  • Responsible for local office client satisfaction and will work with appropriate studio leadership to elevate any concerns or issues with studio performance, personnel or potential client issues.

 

Creative Design Team Oversight

  • Ensure that staff performs to the quality standards required and consistently meets client expectations.
  • Partners with team members to identify and resolve problems before there is a business impact to timing, budget or quality of the work.
  • Responsible for monitoring all local studio associate’s utilization, workloads and works with studio discipline leadership to address areas of concern. Coordinating work within your local office as well as partner each studio office daily/weekly in an attempt to balance workload and optimize utilization across office locations.
  • Intimately familiar with each associates skill sets

 

Job Requirements

  • Agency and creative management experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite  ­­­
