Overview

The Manager, Regulatory & Medication Safety position is a highly motivated team player, with a strong clinical knowledge base and desire to apply that knowledge to the commercialization of new pharmaceutical products. The position will be involved in all aspects of assessing the risk for medication errors with brand names and labels and work with cross-functional (market research, account services, marketing) teams to contribute to client deliverables. This position reports to the VP, Regulatory and Medication Safety.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate international drug information to team members
  • Maintain internal drug information resources
  • Support brand name development projects through: regulatory screening, name validation recommendation development, and submission document creation.
  • Apply medication safety-related regulatory guidance to pharmaceutical industry client situations
  • Assist VP, Regulatory and Medication Safety with internal team education and external thought leadership content

Job Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited US/Canada College of pharmacy 
  • Additional /specialized training (residency, fellowship, curriculum track) in medication safety, drug information or pharmaceutical industry
