Responsibilities

This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions Commercial Division, which partners with top-tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver. In this role, you'll work to promote top products representing a successful, results-driven pharmaceutical company with a culture of collaboration and innovation. You’ll be an integral part of a nationwide sales team developing and managing an assigned territory within a 30-hour work week.

  • Work outside of traditional hours, heavily focused on evenings and weekends to connect with physicians during those hospital shifts
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted hospitals to maximize new business opportunities
  • Present cardiology products and creatively teach people about their usage
  • Engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient
  • Build trust and credibility and become a true collaborator in commercial success
  • Manage and maintain expense and promotional budgets for the territory within guidelines

Job Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance, and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3+ years hospital sales experience in a pharmaceutical or medical device role OR RN with 3+ years cardiac clinical experience and sales experience/competencies required
  • Ability to work nights and weekends required
  • Cardiology experience is highly preferred
  • Exhibit strong experience developing, implementing, executing, and measuring success with account plans
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed

Interviews may be conducted in person at an on-site interview location. For any in-person interviews, local COVID-19 safety guidelines will be followed.
