We are looking for a TA Coordinator who will be involved in all levels of recruitment related activities for our candidates from end to end of the process. This position requires an individual who can multi-task and work well under pressure in a demanding environment all while remaining extraordinarily organized, positive and having a keen eye for detail. This is also a unique opportunity to become involved with critical projects, process improvement initiatives, reporting, metrics and analytics.

This role is a great opportunity for a recent graduate with prior coordination or scheduling experience and interested in starting their career in recruitment!

Responsibilities

  • Supporting multiple Recruiters in scheduling interviews while providing an excellent candidate experience. Interviews may include phone and onsite interviews, complex multilayered scheduling, videoconferencing and facilitating travel arrangements.
  • Being an ambassador in the candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage all logistics for interviews and will serve as the primary point of contact to the candidate.
  • Assisting the Talent Acquisition team with operational requests such as reviewing, editing and posting job ads 
  • Point of contact for HRBP’s with regards to offer extension and paperwor
  • Support Head of Talent Acquisition on branding work
  • Manage social media content
  • Support with Graduate Training Program recruitment
  • Job description database coordination and management
  • Manage referral program – email blast, programs to encourage participation, etc. (Conduct phone screens of referral candidates eventually)
  • Research industry events recruiting team should be attending
  • Coordinate in office recruitment events, branding events & career fairs
  • Coordinate weekly staffing meeting
  • Adhoc projects
  • Reference checks

Education Required: 
4-year degree and/or equivalent related industry experience

Skills Required:

  • 1+ year professional experience that includes formal training in sourcing practices and recruitment support role. 
  • Knowledge of ATS and Web based recruiting tools to include CareerBuilder and Monster.
  • Able to develop rapport with others and work in a team environment
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate dependability in difficult circumstances and show a sense of urgency about getting results
  • Perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus quickly as demands change
  • Should have a strong desire to source, qualify and assist and support Senior Staff in the recruitment cycle
  • Proficiency in Internet applications, major job boards and demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic
