Responsibilities

The Engagement Center Account Director is responsible for providing ongoing client support, providing consultative support and recommendations to clients and internal call center colleagues to align business requirements with Engagement Center services, system capabilities, and account management responsibilities. The Account Director supports all aspects of ongoing client operational programs, including interacting with Syneos Health internal functional teams as it relates to , discovery, analysis, design, and operational management activities needed to support client ongoing business needs, continuous improvement initiatives and existing client expansion/ evolution projects.  

Duties may include, but not limited to all or some of the following

  • Strategize solutions to implement work plans that meet program goals
  • Demonstrable ability to provide strategic planning support.
  • Training, managing, communicating with aligned team of account managers and project team
  • Communication with key individuals about the status of issues/resolutions and deliverables.
  • Proactive management of project and leverage/share best practices whenever possible.
  • Accountable and responsible for all budgeting, invoicing, and forecast management.

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience of working in a client-facing account management role in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
  • 5+ years of contact center experience across both REMS and patient inbound/outbound programs.
  • Consistently demonstrate a pro-active, customer centric, solution-based approach.
  • Ability to motivate peers and affiliated colleagues.
  • Demonstrate accountability and self-awareness
  • Project a positive and inclusive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – be able to go between internal client teams and client representatives with ease.
  • Ability to accurately perform steps related to proposal generation (work orders).
  • Competency with information systems & logistics as it relates to client needs.
  • Strong computer skills that include Microsoft Office Suite.

Interviews may be conducted in person at an on-site interview location. For any in person interviews, local Covid safety guidelines will be followed.
