Responsibilities

This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions Commercial Division, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver. While reporting to the Syneos Health District Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the sales plan through the delivery of proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide critical oversight on matters related to the project
  • Responsible for building external relationships with recognized experts, HCPs, and prioritized external stakeholders in the therapeutic area and integrated health care systems
  • Develop deep product, and competitor knowledge, as well as understanding local and regional market trends
  • Assist and coordinate critical activities with physicians and office staff through the drug initiation process, product training, patient support programs, and follow-up where applicable

Job Requirements

Interviews may be conducted in person at an on-site interview location. For any in-person interviews, local Covid safety guidelines will be followed.

Along with demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+Years of B2B or 1+ Years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience
  • Diabetes sales experience is preferred
  • Documented, proven track record of success
  • Strong performance orientation; expert selling skills including customer engagement and relationship building success
