The Access Reimbursement Manager (ARM) will operate as the subject-matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage issues affecting the clients’ products. Educate HCPs and their staff on matters related to reimbursement, access and coverage to facilitate appropriate patient access. The ARM will analyze reimbursement and access issues and act as the local access and reimbursement resource for other field sales force personnel and region management. Coordinate with the hub concerning individual patient cases including patient reimbursement assistance, referrals to enrollment and overall coordination. The ARM will need to collaborate cross functionally with Field Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Public Affairs, State and Government Affairs, Trade and Specialty Pharmacy Accounts while abiding by all corporate and industry policy and procedures.

However, in the event that I successfully obtain an exemption, I understand that it is highly unlikely that I will be able to adequately perform the essential functions of this position without imposing an undue hardship on Syneos Health due to the clients’ demands.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $125,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
