The Recruiting Manager, Technology & Data Solutions will be responsible for leading strategy and execution for full life-cycle recruitment of assigned roles for our Technology & Data Science business unit. Additionally, this role will work to ensure a high level of client, manager, and candidate satisfaction while eventually building a small recruitment team specialized in the Data Science and Technology solutions Business Unit.

This is a remote role but ideally looking for someone close to one of our office locations.



Responsibilities

  • Recruiting: Develop strategy and utilize a variety of recruitment tactics to attract and assess diverse talent for multiple specialty areas and regions for both FTE and Contingent workforce roles.
  • Identify & Build New Talent: build talent pipelines both reactively and proactively through employment advertising, marketing and use of CRM tools and resources.
  •  Monitor contractors for potential permanent hires.
  • Client Consultant – build critical leadership relationships at the leadership and hiring management level to create profiles, hiring plans, define recruitment process and consult on market labor situation.
  • Client/Account Management: Lead full-cycle recruitment projects including: expectation setting, profile development, timelines, branding and sourcing strategies, selection of screening and assessment tools and processes, execution, communications and metrics and reporting presentations/communication.
  • Keep Engagement & Retention High: Listen, be supportive, and lead by example. Conduct regular one on one discussions with team members, identify opportunities for rewards and recognition, and be cognizant of work/life balance
  • Deploy advanced candidate care practices and customize practices to the specific level of roles

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 7+ years experience recruiting in life sciences with a focus on technology, digital, data science or communications
  • Must have experience within agency, staffing industry or related industry
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proven track-record demonstrating full-life cycle recruiting for multidisciplinary positions within a Life Sciences organization
  • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to interact with candidates and leadership at all levels
  • Sound understanding and use of applicant tracking technologies
