We are seeking a public relations professional with strong project management, logistical and desktop research skills. This job presents the opportunity to work on two different work streams for accounts that cover oncology, genomic medicines, social media and advocacy work.

We are seeking a public relations professional with strong project management, writing and social media skills for accounts focused on oncology and neurological conditions.

Oncology Account Overview:

  • Support development of internal and external communications, ranging from press releases to messaging, social media posts, long-form sponsored content and disease and treatment awareness website/digital materials
  • Regularly engage with clients and teams during weekly meetings and own project tracking/agenda and hot list development
  • Own day-to-day activities including document referencing, MLR reviews, media monitoring and results reporting
  • Engage with shared services and vendors to support execution of design, digital and sponsored media

Movement Disorder & Neurology Account Overview:

  • Support development of internal, external, product and executive communications, ranging from press releases to social media posts, message development, fact sheets, Q&As and executive talking points.
  • Support execution of regular Town Halls creating panels and presentations, executes on a DE&I strategy, patient engagement and advocacy work; provides activities for sales and leadership meetings.
  • Regularly engage with clients and teams during weekly meetings and own project tracking/agenda and hot list development
  • Engage with shared services and vendors to support execution of design and digital

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional environment within the public relations and/or communications industries (required) 
  • Experience and interest in healthcare communications (required); experience with high-science (preferred) 
  • Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced (but fun) environment (required) 
  • Must have strong attention to detail (required) 
  • Individual should be a self-starter/self-motivator
