We are seeking a digital strategist to join the Syneos Health Corporate Practice. The Corporate Practice provides corporate branding, executive visibility, thought leadership and corporate communications expertise to support the needs of the four PR agencies across multiple offices within the Syneos Health network. The client roster includes large, small and mid-size companies in the pharma, biotech, medical device and consumer health space.


Your core responsibility will be to ensure that social media campaigns run smoothly and client goals and expectations are met and/or surpassed. Additional duties include growing and maintaining strong client relationships and taking the lead on client-facing report presentations, offering insight into strategic growth opportunities and iterative changes to benefit future digital and social campaigns. This is an opportunity to be embedded in the Corporate Practice and become a go-to leader within PR and specialist in raising visibility of C-Suite and senior client executives.


  • Recommend content development for clients across social media
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns (inclusive of testing, execution, copy development and analysis of results)
  • Optimize social media posts by analyzing results and reporting outcomes to the client
  • Author social media posts for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and other channels, knowing the nuance in content and audiences per-channel
  • Oversee social advertising activations and boosted post strategy with support from in-house paid promotion experts
  • Lead the analysis of social media post results and make strategic recommendations for client-facing presentations
  • Manage social media community management
  • Work with Social Media Management Tools (e.g. MuckRack, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Provide project management for all client deliverables
  • Work across client teams to manage content development, monthly check-in meetings, new project requests and more
  • Manage support staff and creative department to ensure client content and visual standards are met
  • Stay current with best practices, strategies and industry standards related to digital marketing, especially on social media platforms

Job Requirements

  • 4-5 years of digital agency experience
  • Able to lead client team meetings
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and growing knowledge of new social media platforms like Clubhouse and TikTok
  • Strong skills in identifying and analyzing social media KPIs (familiarity with social media platform analytics or “Insights” tools)
  • Must understand SEO basics and how to leverage SEO on social media
  • Understanding of web traffic metrics and ability to conduct analysis via Google Analytics is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively manage teams and deliverables against tight deadlines across working groups
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, visual artists and technical people
