Responsibilities

 The Program Manager ensures successful partnerships within the RPO portfolio of life science clients. You will be responsible for providing team leadership and maintaining a culture of excellence centered around developing clients through trust, relationships and results. You will live and articulate “the power of personal. 

 The Client Services Leader will: 

 be a leader: 

  • Oversee and take the reins to ensure exceptional recruitment delivery to our RPO programs. 

  • Provide guidance, inspiration and coaching to the recruiting team to meet and exceed performance goals and objectives.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key client stakeholders to understand client talent acquisition goals and initiatives.  

  • Provide solution-based offerings to help achieve partnership objectives.

  • Build trust with clients, candidates and internal colleagues through proactive, positive and professional communication, exquisite delivery and authenticity. 

  • Appreciate the unique ingredients required for success when building teams and hiring for emerging and enterprise biotechnology/pharmaceutical organizations alike.

  • Drive your team to develop and leverage comprehensive and targeted talent attraction strategies, keeping the power of personal paramount. 

  • Partner with the operations team to ensure a smooth implementation and onboarding process when launching new programs. 

Job Requirements

  • BS/BA degree is required. 
  • At least seven (7) years of Life Science recruiting/talent acquisition experience with evidence of career progression evolving into a leadership role. 
  • Have experience leading and developing high performing teams in a virtual and onsite setting within a corporate Talent Acquisition function or through an RPO partnership. 
  • Experience in both agency and corporate/RPO environments is preferred. 
  • Must demonstrate strength leading talent solutions programs for biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients. 
  • Will need to possess a high emotional intelligence as it relates to understanding how to best impact and work effectively with people at levels of the organization, with different motivators and personalities. 
  • Ability to excel in an agile environment. 
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Have strong problem solving ability. 
  • This position is not open to Colorado applicants
