Duties may include, but not limited to all or some of the following:

  • Implements and executes in a compliant manner messaging, marketing, and/or sales direction to achieve territory goals and objectives
  • Establishes professional relationships with approved targets
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of promoted product disease state
  • Communicates effectively with peers, field sales representatives and management
  • Effectively collaborates with Client’s outside field force as directed
  • Execute comprehensive and accurate presentations using all approved educational, marketing, and/or selling resources
  • Contact and deliver proficient presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers
  • Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to insure efficient and comprehensive coverage of territory utilizing an effective pre-/post-call process
This is a remote based position that can be located anywhere and that will require you to work between the hours of 8AM-5PM MST/PST.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree required
Required Skills:
  • 1+ years of B2B Sales experience (Pharmaceutical Sales experience also considered)
  • Inside sales/engagement center experience with History of documented and consistent track record of success in exceeding results required
  • Strong sales, listening and phone based communication skills
  • Expert virtual engagement skills including customer engagement & relationship building success
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply disease state and/or product knowledge to promote client business objectives in a highly compliant manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in multi-tasking
  • Consistently demonstrates initiative, self-motivated with strong performance orientation
  • Effectively work independently and as a team member
  • Possess strong business acumen skills
  • Strong Technical/Computer expertise including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and able to leverage digital technology and resources, including virtual platforms
  • Understanding of Alzheimer market dynamics and perceptions a plus
  • Must live in optimal geography – DSPs will be located within the region they are covering and travel for training/meetings as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Call Center (Engagement Center) Experience
  • Proven ability to work with all regulatory legal, and compliance parameters

The annual base salary for this position could range from $55,000 to $65,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the range for this position.  Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
