The Engagement Center Specialist is responsible for providing inbound customer support in a 24/7 call center environment. Duties include, but are not limited to answering numerous inbound phone lines, email communication, outbound follow-up calls, system documentation, trouble shooting and problem solving.
Reporting to: Call Center Manager
Key Job Responsibilities:
(Duties may include, but not limited to all or some of the following):

  •  Achieve contract performance goals and objectives for geographical assignment as established in the client agreement.
  •  Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all promoted products.
  •  Develop comprehensive and accurate sales presentations using all marketing and selling materials.
  •  Contact and deliver proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers.
  •  Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to insure efficient and comprehensive coverage of territory.
  •  Pre and post call analysis of calls.
  •  Participate in training and development programs.
  •  Help to maintain required project documentation.
  •  Perform other duties as assigned.
  •  Respond to customer inquiries.
  •  Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  •  Provide customers with product and service information.Identify and escalate priority issues.

Job Requirements

  •  BA/BS Degree required

Required Skills:

  •  Experience in high-pressure and fast paced environment required
  •  Excellent and persuasive communication skills both oral and written
  •  Powerful customer focus; effective listener
  •  Ability to function effectively in a team environment
  •  Excellent computer and data entry skills
  •  Experience in fast-paced environment and multi-tasking
  •  Ability to learn new systems and programs quickly
  •  Strong multi-tasking ability
  •  Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Excellent attention to detail.
  •  Ability to prioritize and reprioritize workload depending program needs.
  •  Computer savvy - Windows environment, Word and Excel knowledge
  •  Must type 35 wpm or better
  •  One or more years call center experience
  •  Must be able to accommodate the following work schedule Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 4:00pm – 12:30am.             Thursday, Satuday:Off.   Sunday: 9:00am – 5:30pm

Preferred Skills:

  •  Exposure to the pharmaceutical industry
  •  Experience in a regulated environment and/or one which required following detailed processes
