Initial 3-6 month contract with possibility to extend or become permanent


The Recruiting Coordinator will sit within the Syneos Health Recruitment Operations team and act as a key liaison between recruitment teams and HR with regard to all onboarding activities. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to improve and enhance our onboarding processes and programs and will support our Deployment Solutions team, Consulting group and Communications agencies across Europe to ensure a smooth candidate hiring process.


  • Liaise with HR and Recruitment on transitioning new hires from post-offer to the onboarding process
  • Act as first point of contact for onboarding related activities
  • Facilitation and validation of candidate documents
  • Creation of offer letters for candidates
  • Administration within our ATS
  • Work with Hiring Managers to organise technology and system set up for new starters
  • Support with HR queries
  • Support Candidate Enquiries
  • Escalate issues as and when needed to the appropriate HR/Recruitment contact
  • Ad hoc recruitment responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • Technically competent, including previous experience working in an ATS
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with effective prioritisation and the ability to work independently as well as in a remote team setting
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Process driven attitude with an eye for where process can be optimised
  • Familiar with a recruitment environment
  • Familiar working in a Pan-European team including a basic understanding of hiring differences between countries
  • Ability to build, nurture relationships and interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
