We are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial candidate who can help to rapidly grow our clinical trial recruitment and retention practice, within the PR business. You will have direct experience of managing trial recruitment and retention programmes, either in a pharma company or in an agency setting,

You should approach work through a commercial lens, and be comfortable in dealing directly with senior leadership within our client organisations, as well as building strong relationships with internal colleagues in different functions. You are a self-starter, able to overcome hurdles, and bring passion and excellence to everything you do. You should have a track record of innovating and pushing the boundaries to ensure competitive advantage and excellent outcomes for clients.

Core requirements:
• Strong clinical trial recruitment experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) as well as presentation abilities
• Ability to flex style according to the needs of clients and teams
• Experience leading clinical trial recruitment programmes
• Knowledge/ experience of working across multiple markets
• Comprehensive knowledge of and adherence to clinical trials ethical and regulatory standards
• Able to understand clients business goals within the context of the external environment
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Ability to network within complicated internal structures and influence peers without authority



Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide strategic recommendations and develop integrated communications recruitment plans for clinical trial studies
• Track progress of subject enrollment and recommends adjustments on study-by-study basis
• Prepares reports for sponsors and clinical operations on progress and results
• Collaborates with clinical and commercial new business development teams on recruitment needs for bid and proposal preparation
• Participates in capabilities presentations and/or bid defenses with potential new sponsors and develops/maintains client relationships
• Assures adherence to good scientific, ethical, and regulatory standards
• Quality and efficiency assurance to CTR programmes
• Assist in development of tracking and measurement of recruitment
• Oversees project budgets to ensure costs are within budget and client satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Educated to degree level
  • Agency experience or the equivalent experience with an agency model / in house
  • Demonstrated results in clinical trial work, client service and account leadership
  • Passion for both traditional and digital communications
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with plan execution
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Highly accountable and organized with excellent time management skills
