The Engagement Center Tele-Nurse is responsible for providing inbound and outbound customer support for the Clozapine REMS Program. Duties include but are not limited to receiving and managing calls that have medical context and to completing tasks related to the follow up of these calls. The Engagement Center Tele-Nurse will identify any areas that are potentially troublesome and follow up with the Stakeholder to ensure that the issue is resolved, respond to Stakeholder inquiries and provide education or information.

We are looking for Tele Nurses to fill the 11:30-8:00 PM EST (8:30-5:00 PM PST) shift.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Duties may include, but not limited to all or some of the following

  • Work with Engagement Center Manager and other project colleagues to efficiently and effectively resolve customer needs
  • Display exemplary phone etiquette following approved call talking points
  • Focus and provide exemplary customer service
  • Work collaboratively with Syneos Health staff and vendor partners across service lines
  • Understand and utilizes InContact phone system and records appropriate information in the SalesForce.com and REMS database in accordance with customer business rules and training

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:


  • Bachelor’s Degree required


  • Active RN license in good standing
  • 2+ years in customer service field/or a combination of patient and HCP education preferred
  • Experience with REMS programs is preferred
  • Capability to prioritize multiple assignments and deliver results while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work a rotating of schedule of Mon-Fri. 8am-8pm EST and Saturday 8am – 4:30pm EST
