Responsibilities

This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions team, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to provide better, smarter, faster solutions for the industry. Take part in leading the transformation of healthcare by joining the largest provider of outsourced commercial solutions to the healthcare industry. More specifically:

  • Scheduling and coordination for Sales interviews and onsite activities to support the field teams business
  • Support the assigned projects with timely completion of day to day administrative tasks 
  • Updating Spreadsheets
  • Soliciting Feedback and Summaries
  • Communicating with our Clients
  • Ability to Travel (Traveling and staying a selected hotel location for up to a week- accommodations; food; travel and other travel expenses are paid for)

 

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

    • High School degree
  • Required Skills

    • 1+ years of relevant administrative experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Attention to Detail
    • The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic
