Responsibilities

This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions team, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to provide better, smarter, faster solutions for the industry. Take part in leading the transformation of healthcare by joining the largest provider of outsourced commercial solutions to the healthcare industry. More specifically:

This position will be a role that will support the management team in the Engagement Center.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain communication with client compliance stakeholder(s) as part of overall team strategy
  • Perform call monitoring and provides trend data to Engagement Center management team
  • Coordinate and facilitate weekly internal call calibration sessions with Engagement Center management and training to score call, evaluate trends, validate needs and expectations to implement any related corrective actions
  • Provide feedback on team performance against compliance expectations to Engagement Center team leaders and managers
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
  • Identify training needs and organize internal training sessions – including the creation of training material—to meet compliance and call quality standards
  • Serve as point of contact for internal and external clients for regulatory and compliance expertise as it pertains to EC compliance
  • Create efficiencies and improvements to existing processes; develop and/or enhance documentation and team procedures (e.g. client and department specific business rules)

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

Bachelor’s Degree, preferred, in a healthcare related field and relevant work experience in a compliance role with a company, preferably in the healthcare (bio/pharma/med device) industry.

Experience with:

  • Broad-based compliance program support
  • Implementation of compliance training programs; experience with learning systems
  • Business process improvements/project management
  • Compliance-related databases
  • Interaction with regulators/agencies
  • Interaction with clients; strong customer relations skills a must
  • Interaction with upper management
  • Investigations; development and implementation of corrective actions
  • The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic
