Responsibilities

This role is responsible for answering non-clinical questions about the REMS Program as well as triaging and escalating adverse events and product quality complaints, utilizing an FAQ document, and then entering the data into the Customer Relationship Management CRM system.

 More specifically:

  • Perform pre- and post-call analysis of calls
  • Answers incoming calls in professional manner following client guidelines and business rules
  • Perform outgoing calls in professional manner following client guidelines. Identify any areas that are potentially troublesome and follow up with the stakeholder to ensure that the issue is resolved.
  • Manage calls in a personal, systematic and organized manner
  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries and provide appropriate REMS related process education or information
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to assigned manager
  • Focus and provide exemplary customer service
  • Able to troubleshoot IT/ technical inquiries
  • Administer surveys to stakeholders
  • Must attend all project related trainings throughout the life of the program

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

Education:

  • BA/BS Degree required

Required Skills

  • 1+ years recent pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience- e.g. Medical Assistant, Nurse's Aide, EMT, health insurance  company etc. is highly preferred
  • Solid written and verbal communication and listening skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and reprioritize workload depending on program needs
  • Must be able to type 40 wpm

Preferred Skills       

  • 1+ years in healthcare call center highly preferred
  • The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic
