Taylor Strategy Partners is looking for a positive, proactive, accountable and detail-oriented individual who has the maturity to work with all levels within the organization and be the initial face of our client. The RPO Executive Search Operations Lead serves in a support function for the Talent Acquisition Team and manages several aspects of the recruitment process, specifically the front and back end, to ensure a seamless process and experience for the recruiters, hiring managers and candidates. In this critical role, you will partner closely with the our client’s VP of Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience and the Executive Search Recruiting Team to support all activities across the search process. The successful candidate is extremely organized, able to work independently in a fast-paced and highly-matrixed environment, and can pivot from one task to another expeditiously.
