We are searching for a motivated, proactive Senior Account Executive candidate with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in healthcare communications, to be a key team member helping drive PR programming opportunities including data and regulatory milestones, corporate communications and visibility, advocacy relations and disease awareness campaigns.  

Potential activities include external/internal content development, project management/tracking, billing and account management, regular client contact and collaboration with partners/vendors.

We develop a range of strategic solutions based on an understanding of both the objectives and issues of our clients as well as their stakeholders, focusing on facilitating peer-to-peer and scientific communications through a range of channels. As effective and compelling communication is key, whether for a marketing story, scientific data or market access support, we have a dedicated editorial excellence team providing content that can be syndicated to deliver solutions to enhance patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Project tracking and status updates, including action plan development
  • Maintain regular contact with clients; proactively offer and successfully implement new ideas and solutions to meet client needs and drive projects forward
  • Develop and edit internal/external communications materials, such as website content, media materials, social media content, video projects, presentations/remarks for internal meetings, memos for various internal audiences and intranet posts
  • Regularly engage and collaborate with partners, creative team, vendors, media and other third parties
  • MLR submissions
  • Billing support
  • Monitoring oversight
