Responsibilities

This individual will primarily be responsible for being the system level contact within the IDN/hospital system with ability to support strategy and pull-thru at affiliated medical centers. Analysis of local market to develop account management mapping that identifies key stakeholders that will drive product growth. Collaborating with matrix team coordinating marketing, market access, sales, and patient services (HUB) account needs. Influencing and communicating payer coverage policies and system protocols to key stakeholders. Education of account on access pathway to ensure utilization enablement of product. Includes education on access pathway, patient services, payer utilization management criteria, and importance of accurate protocols and EMR. Working with the account staff to educate them on the payer paperwork submission process and supporting de-identified case submission. Effectively communicating the appropriate patient for the product and gain commitment to use. Working in a matrix team coordinating with marketing, sales team, market access, and HUB. You will:

Job Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:
  • BA/BS Degree
  • 10+ Years Life Science/Pharma/Biotech experience
  • 5+ Years CNS Selling Experience Required
  • Institutional, Formulary, Biologics Experience Required
  • Proven Positive Account Relationships
  • Experience compliantly navigating complex pharmacy benefit product access – including understanding of covermymeds
  • Demonstrated use of consultative selling approach
  • Must possess excellent presentation and selling skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and reprioritize workload depending program needs.
