You’re driven, resourceful, and above all else - remarkably smart.

You love a good challenge. You are the first to roll up your sleeves and work with relentless energy until you solve the unsolvable, beat the unbeatable and you always come out on top. Passable doesn’t cut it – you’ve got fire in your belly to learn more, do more and be more. For you, the sweetest success is shared success and you’re known for your good nature. You’ll fit right in at Syneos Health where we surround ourselves with the most talented and agile professionals in the industry, but we check our egos at the door.

You’ll join one of the Syneos Health Consulting Advisory Groups:

As part of the Commercial Advisory Group, you will help clients maximize the commercial value of their assets, portfolio, and organization while building excellence in the commercial organization. You will also help companies market and sell more effectively in an environment increasingly dominated by third-party payers.

As part of the Scientific and Medical Affairs Advisory Group, you will help make medical organizations more effective, particularly in complex specialty markets, while giving products the strategic support they require.

As part of the Research and Development Advisory Group, you will help make Life Science R&D organizations and operations more efficient and effective across research, clinical, regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance. In particular, you will help organizations in times of change whether that is driven by a change in operating model, strategy, processes, technology or combinations of these.

As part of the Value and Access Advisory Group, you will be responsible for conducting both secondary (analytically and scientifically based) and primary (physicians, payers, and patients) market research.

As part of the Commercial Innovation Solutions Advisory Group, you will collaborate across Syneos Heath to design, develop, and sell a portfolio of innovative, integrated solutions that combine internal and external capabilities to solve our clients current and future product development and commercialization needs.

As part of the Program Management Advisory Group, you will assist pharma consortiums in facilitating the myriad legal, financial, and operational risks and nuances of program management.
