Responsibilities

This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions Commercial Division, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver. You will lead, coach and manage Sales Representatives within a specific geographical area promoting a well-known and well-respected asthma product for one of Syneos Health's long-term clients and most robust relationships. You will:

  • Lead, manage and develop the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in your district
  • Hire, train, develop and coach new and existing sales representatives
  • Achieve organizational objectives through effective leadership of sales team
  • Effectively identify/monitor multiple local market conditions and build strong customer relationships
  • Monitor all field activities to make certain all are within compliance guidelines

Job Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an encouraging manner, the ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelors Degree - Advanced Degree Preferred
  • 10+ Life Science Sales
  • 3+ Years District Manager experience required
  • Respiratory experience preferred
  • Biologics and Injectable experience preferred
  • Documented history of Sales leadership
