We are seeking a public relations professional with strong project management, logistical and desktop research skills. This job presents the opportunity to work on two different work streams for accounts that cover oncology, genomic medicines, social media and advocacy work.

  • Day-to-day project support for high-profile medical aesthetics client
  • Work with engaged, fast-moving clients who appreciate attention to detail, quick thinking, creativity and collaboration
  • Support business through corporate and brand communications, patient and celebrity engagement efforts (large-scale campaigns), influencer marketing, social media, and measurement

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience preferably in beauty, aesthetics, healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications or related field (preferred)
  • Experience and interest in healthcare (preferred)
  • Program execution (e.g., activities tracker/timeline creation and management, program materials development, etc.)
  • Facilitating client’s formal medical/legal/regulatory review process
  • Conducting research and distilling key findings for team presentation
  • Media list development and maintenance
  • Traditional and social media monitoring and results reporting
  • Weekly/monthly budget tracking and billing, as well as monthly activity report development
  • Organizing regular internal and client touch bases, including agenda/activities tracker maintenance, as well as recap development
  • Ability to multi-task and proven success maintaining high quality work in a fast-paced (but fun) environment with multiple client demands (required)
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal staff and third-parties (required)
  • Must have strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills (required)
  • Individual should be a self-starter/self-motivator
