To take the agency to the next level, GSW NY President, JD Cassidy seeks a visionary creative leader to partner with, one who will not only lead the creative department but help ignite a creative culture across the agency.

The Executive Creative Director will be charged with building the GSW creative reputation in a way that attracts top clients and inspires associates to greatness. The expectation is to manage in all aspects of his/her client relationship(s) as well as strategically leading the agency as a whole. In addition, this position will help create and direct overall strategic plans and initiatives, ensure delivery of high-quality products and services to our clients, help manage to financial and budgetary commitments, is responsible (through creative ideas & solutions) for revenue growth for existing clients as well as new business initiatives.

Critical aspects of the role include:

  • Developing a high-performance creative culture. Nurturing, elevating, and growing the talents within the creative team.
  • Collaborating with account, strategy and new business partners across the agency, and across Syneos Health, to ensure creative is on-strategy, focused on driving results, and breakthrough within the category.
  • Raising the Creative Profile of the firm. Showing up in fresher, more compelling ways with prospects and clients. Motivating others to take risks.
  • Partnering with Creative leaders across NA to collaborate across the network and drive business success.
