This role will be responsible for delivering branded messages to targeted HCPs using approved marketing and sales materials both reactively and proactively. This role will implement the clients marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations.  The representative will plan and organize activities to insure regular and consistent coverage of the assigned objectives. 


This role implements the client’s marketing plan by delivering sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers. In the assigned territory, the representative will utilize all marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience. Customers include but are not limited to Primary Care Physicians, PA/NPs, and Endocrinologists. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Achieve contract performance goals and objectives for virtual territory as established in the client agreement
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all promoted products
  • Perform pre and post call analysis
  • Understand and utilize inContact Telephony system and records appropriate information in customer data base in accordance with customer business rules and training

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-2 years Life Science and/or Pharma/Biotech experience
  • Diabetes selling experience required
  • Endocrinology selling experience preferred
  • Experience selling Insulin products preferred

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong communication, written and verbal through a virtual environment
  • Excellent and persuasive communication skills, both oral and written
  • Powerful customer focus
  • Technical /Computer proficiency
  • Is able to multi-task and work in different databases simultaneously
