You know what needs to be done, and your penchant for strategic delegation and problem-solving makes you a natural fit for this Project Coordinator position with Kinetic.

The Project Coordinator supports the project team with project-related tasks and workflow management. Focuses on flawless execution. May execute small projects or parts of projects. Exhibits professional and motivating behavior.




  • PM Methodology: Familiar with basic project management terms and concepts. 
  • PM Technical Skills: Solution oriented. Resourceful. Knows when to alert management to an issue.  
  • Agency process: Knows how the agency works and how jobs flow through the agency. Adheres to agency process
  • Project finances: Understands the connection between work effort, hours spent and budget
  • Technology: Basic knowledge of today’s digital technologies and continuously learning new technologies. Basic Microsoft Office ability.
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at one time. 


  • Project Plans: Assists with the creation of project estimates and project plans via a cross-discipline collaborative approach
  • Collaboration: Keeps team informed of changes per direction of PMO lead. Communicates clearly and frequently


Tactics and Execution

  • Project Finances: Familiarity with and adherence to agency financial and operating procedures and policies. Organizes budgets, bills, other financial measures
  • Internal Relationships:  Develops strong and positive working relationships with other departments and team members
  • Execution: Closely supports Delivery lead and project team by implementing process on a job-by-job basis. Diligently and flawlessly executes on assigned area of project.  Keeps accurate and organized records of estimates and estimate revisions. Contributes to accurate and thorough documentation of other records: status reports, timelines, etc.  On point for organizing and inventorying project-related assets


Client Relationship

  • Relationship: May have some interaction with clients via project communication plan, i.e. scheduling meetings, status reporting, etc.
  • Communication and Writing: Helps team manage project communications via team site administration and status reporting. Has fundamental business writing skills



Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or 1-2 years of experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of digital media and technologies is a plus
