Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) implements the clients marketing plan by delivering proficient presentations to a defined list of prospective customers. The ISR will utilize all approved client materials designed for a respective audience. Customers include but are not limited to physicians, healthcare providers and healthcare clinic personnel.  The ISR will plan and organize activities to insure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action. Increased business activity for the client will result from the ISR’s efforts. Administration of territory information and compliance to reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative. Participation in training and development programs is required.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Implements and executes in a compliant manner messaging, marketing, and/or sales direction to achieve territory goals and objectives
  • Establishes professional relationships with approved targets
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of promoted product disease state
  • Communicates effectively with peers, field sales representatives and management
  • Effectively collaborates with Client’s outside field force as directed
  • Execute comprehensive and accurate presentations using all approved educational, marketing, and/or selling resources
  • Contact and deliver proficient presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers
  • Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to insure efficient and comprehensive coverage of territory utilizing an effective pre-/post-call process

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:
  • BA/BS degree required
  • 1 - 2 years of sales experience - Inside Sales or B2B;  Dermatology experience highly preferred
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess excellent presentation and selling skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and reprioritize workload depending on program needs
  • Ability to multi-task between numerous websites and applications
  • Computer savvy- Windows environment, Word and Excel knowledge
  • Experience in high-pressure and fast paced environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Pharmaceutical Industry experience is highly desirable
  • Call Center experience
  • Proven ability to work within all regulatory, legal and compliance parameters
