Responsibilities

  • Analyze and report on performance of digital advertising and content marketing programs
  • Interpret analytical findings into actionable recommendations for campaign design
  • Ensure proper implementation of various analytics platforms
  • Design and analyze tests and experiments
  • Build, maintain, and improve performance dashboards
  • Advise clients on relevant best practices

Job Requirements

  • Experience in a digital marketing team with a focus on analytics for digital acquisition / performance marketing: paid digital media (social, search, display, programmatic), email, landing pages
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud for reporting on email marketing performance; familiarity with other Salesforce products a plus
  • Experience with A/B ad and conversion testing. Extra points for experience with multi-touch attribution or marketing mix modeling experience
  • Experience building dashboards in Data Studio, PowerBI, or Tableau
  • Strong data manipulation skills: querying and manipulating data with SQL; advanced MS Excel skills (vlookup, functions, dashboards, Power Pivot) or equivalent working knowledge of R or Python
  • Experience with healthcare or B2B/B2C marketing a plus
  • Business/marketing background with strong quantitative skills
  • Concise and clear written and oral communication. Experience with delivering insights and reports with PowerPoint slides.
