 An opportunity has arisen for a Manager, CTD (remote). A Manager plays a critically important role in executing and auditing assigned projects for Kinapse global clients. He/she works as part of high-performing team on challenging assignments involving the processing of complex scientific, medical and technical information.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for process implementation, ensure process compliance and manage project deliverables in line with the project plan.
  • Provide quality assurance and review other colleague's work independently.
  • Identify and provide standards for gathering information for use in trend analysis and reports information to company management.
  • Interact with clients on a regular basis to understand the client’s requirement for projects and ensure that the team meets or exceeds the targets in terms of quality and within the scope of time constraints.
  • Apply knowledge to develop new offerings and innovation as appropriate.
  • Keep a vigilant eye on changing processes in industry and suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions in-line with client or company demands.
  • Communicate effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Educational qualifications: A minimum of a scientific graduate degree. A second degree and/or experience of biomedical science would be an advantage.
  • Candidate must have experience of >6 years in clinical trial disclosure/medical writing/medical information, either as a part of a pharmaceutical or CRO company.
  • A proven track record in writing documents within the clinical trial disclosure and or medical writing or medical information area is essential.
  • Knowledge of clinical trial disclosure guidelines.
  • Significant knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • A proven track record in managing teams is preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic computer applications, e.g. MS Word/ PowerPoint/Excel.
