Disease State Educator Manager

Responsibilities

The Syneos Field Educator Manager is responsible for the successful execution of the strategy and tactics within the region. The primary focus of the Clinical Field Manager is to coach and develop the Disease State Educator Team to continuously improve skills and execution in achieving the objectives. The Field Educator Manager will lead meetings with their respective team and will collaborate regularly with the client management team to drive performance. The Field Educator Manager serves as the tactical manager of the Disease State Educator team and sets the performance expectation for day-to-day activity.

• Proven ability to motivate and coach field team to meet goals and objectives through influencing behavior
• Work with Disease State Educator son a consistent basis, evaluating, coaching and directing educational and patient support presentations
• Attract, coach and retain individuals who will ensure high level performance
• Work with Syneos Leader to define and establish appropriate behaviors and actions that will lead to improved education for HCPS and institutions
• Collaborate on development of performance goals and objectives at all levels and appropriate measures to ensure achievement.

Job Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:

• Active RN license required.
• Bachelors degree required. Advanced Practice degree and/or MSN/MBA preferred.
• Minimum of two years of field management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with specialty products
• Knowledge of Managed Care, Government, and Federal payer sectors, as well as Integrated Delivery Network/Integrated Health Systems a plus
• Previous experience in launching new specialty products or indications a plus
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong teamwork abilities
• Project management skills
