Presentation design specialist should be an expert with a background in PowerPoint and MS Office. The position requires building business presentations maintaining a coherent visual environment and applying dynamic content including but not limited to animations, video, excel data, and interactivity.


  • Experience creating high-level PowerPoint presentations with advanced knowledge of animations and information design
  • Able to execute assigned projects within established budget/timing
  • Ability to understand, apply and expand established brand guidelines
  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, speed, and quality
  • Experienced in integrating multi-media elements using various software for optimal performance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to make independent decisions and use problem-solving skills

Job Requirements

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Adobe CS skills required including presentation design experience developing business presentations from concept to completion for a variety of materials including branded decks, slide docs and speaker presentations
  • Agency (or in-house agency) interactive experience and/or presentation design
  • Ability to format, covert, utilize audio and video files
  • Working knowledge of graphics applications: MS Office 2016, Adobe CC, and Wondershare
  • Demonstrated in-depth industry knowledge: typography, illustration, photography, color theory, and motion graphics
  • New Business experience desired
  • Experience using dynamic content including: animations, video, excel data, and hyperlinks a plus
