The Technology Trainer will deliver training including Veeva CRM, Business Analytics, and Concur Expense Management. Drives key elements of internal and client engagements regarding training delivery for current and new clients including development and updates of leader guides, design of Training materials, exercises, and delivery of end-user training. Develops and Updates content for the delivery in virtual and face to face formats across field teams including Sales Representatives, Customer Services Representatives, Medical Science Liaison’s and Field Management. Candidates should have proven delivery experience with all phases of the training design and delivery for the healthcare industry, specifically in sales force automation deployment experience for pharmaceutical sales or other field based technology systems.
Job responsibilites will include: Lead formal client/internal status meetings as well as informal day to day direction with project team throughout the implementation process including project initiation, requirements, development, testing, training, delivery, and transition to ongoing operations. Candidates should have proven delivery experience with all phases of the systems development/implementation life cycle for the healthcare industry, specifically in sales force management systems or other field based technology systems.
This is a REMOTE position and we will consider candidates that reside on the East Coast and willing to travel to the Somerset, NJ office as needed. This job excludes Colorado applicants.
