Responsibilities

 

This is a client facing role where the candidate will have regular interactions with various client team members for the CRM system solution requirements gathering, documentation, and system configuration based on those requirements for designated customers. The candidate will be the primary client contact responsible for ongoing support of the CRM solution for their designated customers, and assisting the CRM Solutions Director in evolving the offering. In addition to the CRM system, the CRM Solutions Manager duties also included the management and support of the Talent Management system. The candidate should be comfortable working in an environment which is driven by process governance to ensure consistency and efficiency across client implementations and ongoing support activities, work closely with internal teams including Project Management, Quality Assurance, Analytics & Reporting, and Business Development to determine project scope and system expectations to ensure the success of ongoing data exchange processes.

 

Key Job Responsibilities:

 

(Duties may include, but not limited to all or some of the following)

 

  • Primary client contact for CRM solution delivery from project launch to shut down
  • Demonstrate CRM software to customers
  • Conduct Initial Requirements meetings
  • Create & maintain the requirements in a CRD document
  • Configure the software systems to support customer requirements
  • Conduct solution testing
  • Maintain Change Control documentation as required
  • Assist in system validation and QA process
  • Attend and contribute to customer work stream status meetings
  • Provide Level 2 helpdesk support
  • Facilitate Level 3 escalations to software vendor support 
  • Provide ongoing support to user base on solutions
  • Interface with software vendor to stay educated on software functionality
  • Interface with customers to keep them informed on new functionality as it is made available
  • Assist department director in sales of solutions as directed
  • Meet with Sales Management and Clients to establish, monitor and review deliverables.
  • Other projects as deemed necessary by Management.

 

 

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

Required Education

  • 4 Year college degree or equivalent experience

Required Skills     

  • 6+ years of experience with CRM implementations for Pharmaceutical and Life sciences industries
  • Demonstrated Understanding of Field Coaching Concepts for Pharmaceutical Sales Teams
  • Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Good Organizational Skills
  • Good Presentation Skills
  • Good Working Knowledge of Relational Database Structures
  • 2+ years’ experience with Veeva CRM software
  • Detail oriented and analytical with planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong initiative and a self-starter
  • Skill in troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Experience in supporting Medical Science Liaisons Solutions
  • Experience in supporting Managed Care Solutions for Sales Representatives and/or NAMs
  • Knowledge of Managed Care Data from Formulary Vendors

Preferred Skills             

  • Veeva Certified CRM Administrator
  • Veeva Vault Certified Administrator
  • Veeva Network Certified Administrator
  • Experience in CRM / Sales Force Automation supporting Pharma Sales, or Managed Care, or Medical Affairs, or Technology
  • Experience in Deploying & Supporting Systems that Support Field Operations
