Engage with pharmaceutical clients as their analytics partner to understand their business objectives, provide data-informed guidance on performance of their marketing activities, and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Conduct workshops and interviews to collect clients’ analytics requirements
  • Create and implement measurement plans; identify relevant KPIs and evaluation methods
  • Create experimental plans to collect field data and conduct attribution analyses
  • Design analytics dashboards
  • Conduct analyses on first-party and third-party data to evaluate marketing performance: sales effectiveness, attribution, segmentation, scenarios
  • Continuously identify sources of performance optimization



Job Requirements

  • Client-facing, strategic, and technically competent
  • Experience analyzing marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hands-on analytics skills: SQL, advanced Excel, Python or R
  • Dashboard architecture or development skills
  • Track record of identifying optimization opportunities with measurable outcomes
  • Experience with public and commercial healthcare data (Mx/Rx claims, etc)
  • Experience with marketing campaigns in healthcare
