Responsibilities

The District Manager will report to Syneos Health /Client National Sales Director and will be directly responsible to hire, train and develop, as well as, coach to success the sales team in their district in order to successfully promote Client Product to targeted physicians. The DM will be responsible for:

  • Motivating, managing and developing the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in their district.
  • Effectively identify and monitor multiple local market conditions and build and support strong customer relationships while driving product promotion solutions and executing marketing strategies.
  • Monitoring field activities to ensure all are within compliance guidelines and provide timely feedback on marketing tactics and market conditions while collaborating closely with leadership, commercial operations, marketing and medical affairs.

Job Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an encouraging manner, the ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelors Degree - Advanced Degree Preferred
  • 10+ Years Pharma or related sales experience
  • 2+ Years district / regional management experience
  • Neurology/MS, clinical selling experience is preferred
  • Experience Coaching and Developing Talent
  • Strong track record of sales success
