Responsibilities

This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions team, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver. In this Sales Specialist role, you must meet and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customer targets. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide subject matter expertise concerning scientific and clinical information of the disease state and client products.
  • Deliver clinical brand specific presentations of products in a customer centric dialogue to physicians and other appropriate health care professionals.
  • Engage the total office to support an exceptional customer experience.
  • Effectively utilize and manage all client approved resources to optimize return on investment.
  • Plan and execute medical education programs and in collaboration with internal and external partners build customer loyalty and position the client as the leading company in diabetes care.

Job Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Diabetes selling experience required
  • Experience calling on Endocrinologists preferred
  • Experience selling Insulin Products preferred
  • Experience selling Injectable Products to Endocrinologists preferred
  • Proven track record in field sales in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry
