Responsibilities

This opportunity is with our Selling Solutions team, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver. The District Sales Manager is directly responsible to hire, train and develop, as well as, coach to success the sales team in their district in order to successfully promote client product to targeted physicians. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Motivate, manage and develop the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in your district.
  • Effectively identify and monitor multiple local market conditions and build and support strong customer relationships while driving product promotion solutions and executing marketing strategies.
  • Monitor field activities to ensure all are within compliance guidelines and provide timely feedback on marketing tactics and market conditions while collaborating closely with leadership, commercial operations, marketing and medical affairs.

Job Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an encouraging manner, the ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years in Pharmaceutical Sales
  • 5+ years working as a First Line Leader in Pharmaceutical Sales
  • Strong experience building and leading teams calling in a primary care setting
  • Dermatology selling experience is a plus
