Overview

We are seeking an experienced programmatic media leader to help define, build, and grow one of our most critical business initiatives. Syneos Health currently has an existing digital media business, and are now developing an in-house model for programmatic.

 

The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, and be motivated by the opportunity to build a practice from the ground up, bringing their past programmatic experience to bear in the context of a startup practice area within Syneos Health.

Responsibilities

Key aspects of the role include:

Business Development
Helping shape the positioning of our programmatic offering, leveraging Syneos Health’s unique data assets and data science talent
Building our marketing collateral (pitch decks)
Participating in new business activities
Identifying organic growth opportunities among our existing media clients


Campaign Management
Defining best practices for campaign planning, setup, and optimization
Managing campaign managers (one FTE to start)
Working closely with ad operations and data science teams to define and implement appropriate workflow

Partner Management
Responsible for interactions with key partners, including Liveramp and our DSP partner

Job Requirements


The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in programmatic, including roles leading teams. Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
