Responsibilities

This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions team, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to provide better, smarter, faster solutions for the industry. Take part in leading the transformation of healthcare by joining the largest provider of outsourced commercial solutions to the healthcare industry.  Our client is a specialty pharmaceutical company with a long-standing commitment to women’s health.  As an Inside Pharmaceutical Sales Representative on this team you will: 

  • Implement tactical strategies within the territory to achieve individual, territory and company goals for sales, market share, doctor calls, appropriate sample distribution, etc.
  • Formulate individual sales call plans designed to influence customers and increase product sales
  • Identify leads if applicable
  • Manage promotional budget
  • Recognize and develop thought leaders in support of product
  • Achieve educational program goals, if applicable
  • Fully comply with terms and conditions prescribed in the Sample Administration Agreements and PDMA Guidelines
  • Perform special projects and assignments as directed by the District Manager.

Required Skills:
  • BS/BA Degree
  • 1+ years B2B or Inside Sales Experience
  • Good organizing/planning skills/disciplined
  • Self-motivated/performance accountability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Judgment/ Decision Making
  • Computer Proficient
  • Flexibility to cover different shifts
  • The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic
